User Obligations

Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or transfer your account

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes related to rent control compliance
• Provide accurate property and rent information for calculations
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our service

Subscription & Billing

Free Tier: Basic calculations are available at no charge with limited features. Free tier usage is subject to reasonable usage limits.

Paid Subscriptions: Professional features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
